In the Name of God Amen I John Owens being sick and weak in body thanks be to God for it. I thought fit to mack this my last will and testament in manor and form as foboth Imprimis I gave and bequeath my Soul to God my macker and to is onely Son Jesus Christ hoping through the merite of is person to Eternal Life whom he Shall Soe fitt to tack me to is master purpose (?) of --- (?) to be carried among the Saints and Angles there to Remain in unity, pease and friendship for ever____

After all my Just Debts are paid and funerl Expenses are Satisfied I make Consento and appoint my Dearly beloved wife to be ye hole and Sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.

Item, I gave and bequeath all my Estate within and without to my wife During her life or Widohood and afterwards to be Equly Divided amonch thenm all my Children and my Desier is that my Estate Shall not be soule but to be Equaly Divided amonch them. Witness my hand this 27 Day of Januray 1750 and Seal.
